St. John’s wort is very well suited for rest and sleep, and is usually used to maintain normal emotional balance. It also supports the normal functions of the digestive system, liver and gallbladder.
Use: Fill 1 tea bag with 250ml of boiling water, cover with a lid and leave for 15 minutes. One part of the tea to drink immediately, the rest during the day. The course of treatment may be 3 weeks, then a break is required.
