Tea removes excess uric acid. Contribute to the normal state of the joints.
Application: Pour 4 tea bags of 1l boiling water, cover and leave for 15 minutes. Tea drink a little warm sips all day. After a month of taking a week-long break, you can continue to drink tea again.
Recommendation: Reduce consumption of meat, sausages, unripe tomatoes, ketchup, potatoes, peppers and legumes.
