Diuret tea contains mountaineer (Polygonum) and heather – herbs that support normal functions of the urinary tract and kidneys.
Application: Fill 4 bags of tea with 1l of boiling water, cover with a lid and after 20 minutes, pour into a thermos. Drink throughout the day. A month later, reduce the amount of tea by half. After 6 weeks, take a 14-day break, and then you can continue.
Recommendation: The consumption of mineral water should be reduced.
