Delivery

Choose the desired product, add to the basket.

After all products have been added to your basket, click on the upper right corner where the icon ‘basket’ is located or click on ‘View Basket’ in the green line.

Fill out the form.

Terms of delivery:

Estimated delivery time is between 2-10 days (except when shipping abroad).

In case of unlikely special circumstances (such as natural disasters, power – or the banking system failures), we cannot be hold responsible for delays. However, you will be contacted and informed about the delay.

There are three possible ways to receive the item:

  1. Self pick-up the order at the store.

You can pick up the ordered goods at Suur-Paala 2a, Tallinn on Tuesdays from 13.00 – 18.00 or upon prior agreement on another day.

When your order is ready and you can pick it up, you will be informed in advance by e-mail or phone.

P.S. When placing the order please make sure to select appropriate for you delivery method!

  1. Delivery by SMART POST – 3.20EU
  2. Delivery by OMNIVA – 3.30EUR

N.B! The cost is applicable only within Estonian Republic

SMART POST parcel delivery to Finland – 13EUR

Please select the most convenient for you Itella SmartPOST machine location.

If you order or purchase goods outside Estonia, the delivery cost is calculated by your request. The cost depends on the customer’s country.

Also you can personally order delivery of goods through the European postal services. 

PAYMENT

There are two possible ways for payment.

  1. Payment by invoice.

After filling form, select ‘paying by invoice’

After the order is confirmed you will receive an e-mail with the bill.

The bill must be paid in the bank within 8 hours.

Please do not forget to state the order number in ‘Explanation’ when processing the payment in your bank.

  1. Payment through the internet bank.

After filling in your order form select ‘Bank payment’.

Then perform the payment through online banking check out.

RETURN POLICY

We genuinely care about our customers and that’s why we provide the possibility to return all products purchased in our store within 14 days.

  • Please return products in it’s original packaging, informing us in advance by e-mail (info@natureco.eu)

Please send us e-mail with your order number, name of the product, the purchase price and the reason for the return. We will contact you back to arrange the refund.

  • Refund will be made during 30 banking days after the check of the returned goods. The amount will be transferred back to the account it was originally sent from.
  • Please note that only unused products in the original packaging may be returned.

  • P.S. The receipt or invoice provided by the courier company must be kept until we will receive the package. If by any reason parcel should get lost, buyer can prove the dispatch of the package and we will contact the courier company to find the parcel.
