Tea contains herbs that help cleanse the liver and proper digestion: dandelion, milk thistle and artichoke. Milk thistle also acts as an antioxidant.
Use: Pour one bag of tea with 250 ml of boiling water, cover with a lid and leave for 15 minutes. Tea is drunk warm and in small sips. Daily rate up to 3 cups.
Tea can also be prepared in a thermos.
Recommendation: completely eliminate alcohol, reduce the use of black tea, coffee, chemically colored and canned beverages and foods, sweet, fatty and spicy foods.
