Iron (Fe) is an essential mineral required for the formation of hemoglobin in red blood cells and for transporting oxygen from the lungs to all body cells. Prolonged iron deficiency can lead to anemia, which is especially common in teenagers, young adults, and pregnant women. Iron deficiency occurs in women of all age groups, for example, during the menstrual period, during pregnancy, breastfeeding, while following a diet or monotonous diet, as well as against the background of problems with food intake and assimilation. In men, iron deficiency usually develops with increased exercise.

Iron deficiency manifests itself in the form of fatigue, headache, dizziness, weakened immune system, pallor, irritability and depression.

Dosage: 15 ml per day before meals. After opening the vial, store in the refrigerator for no more than 2 months.
