ESTEL ULTRA blond Oxygenate for hair 9%
Used together with ESTEL ULTRA BLOND powder to lighten hair.
Preparation of the mixture: 1 sachet packet of powder (30 g) + 1 bottle of oxygenate 9% (60 ml).
Precautions: Contains hydrogen peroxide. Use protective gloves. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. Keep out of the reach of children.
