ESTEL ULTRA blond hair lightening powder 30g
Micro-granular powder lightens hair by 5-7 tones. Suitable for all hair types and all blonde techniques. Does not generate dust. It is used with oxygenates 6% and 9% ESTEL ULTRA BLOND.
Attention: In a mixture with 9% oxygen, it is used if the contact of the bleaching mixture with the scalp is excluded.
Preparation of the mixture: 1 sachet package of powder (30 g) + 1 bottle of oxygenate 6% or 9% (60 ml).
Application: Apply the mixture to the hair. Keep it on your head for a maximum time – 30 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly with water, rinse with shampoo and apply balm.
