Recommended for use in such problems:

Insect bites
Headache
Colds

A small amount of balm is applied to the problem areas of the skin and rubbed into the skin:

for headache – in the temples and back of the head;

with a runny nose – under the nostrils;

with colds – in the chest, back, abdomen;

with insect bites – on the site of the bite.
